Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

The ARK Mission, LLC is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

2. Refunds and Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@thearkmission.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible.

Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Not custom, clearance, or digital products.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

5. Donations and Proceeds

Because The ARK Mission, LLC donates 10% of apparel proceeds to partner ministries, that charitable portion is not refundable once distributed. Direct donations or contributions made through our site are also non-refundable, as funds are directed immediately to our partner causes.
